Stores Inventory - Program Information

Stores is responsible for purchasing, warehousing and distributing commonly-used operational supplies. This merchandise can be provided to you via delivery or from a "walk-in" service located at the 22nd Cherry warehouse, 1145 S. Warren. Please call 621-7975 if you require any additional information. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm.

Ordering from Stores

Departments are able to order from Stores via UAccess Financials ("Shop Catalogs").

Products

Stores offers paper products, lab supplies, biological products and chemicals such as alcohol. A complete list of our products can be searched using the Stores Catalog(pdf). 

Delivery

Warehouse Operations has five drivers that deliver items ordered from Stores to your department. The drivers include: Tom Diday, Rudy Mankel, Luis Gonzales, Jerrod Enriquez and Jim Lucas. For delivery questions contact Oscar Jaramillo at 621-1754.

We also offer a Stores Blanket Purchase Order system with approximately 60 vendors to choose from. This allows the campus to make purchases for those items not stocked at Stores.

Our Blanket Order Vendor list is updated periodically to reflect new additions and changes.
