Stores is responsible for purchasing, warehousing and distributing commonly-used operational supplies. This merchandise can be provided to you via delivery or from a "walk-in" service located at the 22nd Cherry warehouse, 1145 S. Warren. Please call 621-7975 if you require any additional information. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.

ORDERING FROM STORES

Departments are able to order from Stores by completing a Merchandise Order Form . Once the form is completed, please fax it to 621-3533. On-line orders can be placed through Arizona BuyWays, which requires Arizona BuyWays registration.

DELIVERY

Warehouse Operations has six drivers that deliver items ordered from Stores to your department. The drivers include: Tom Diday, John Pernell, Rene Romero, Tom Cota, Jim Lucas and Johnny Rodriguez.  For delivery questions contact Fred Martinez at 621-3890.

We also offer a Stores Blanket Purchase Order system with over 600 vendors to choose from. This allows the campus to make purchases for those items not stocked at Stores.

Our BLANKET VENDOR screens are updated periodically to reflect new additions and changes.
