Did you receive my order?
Our customer service personnel can look up your order by the Merchandise Order Number and track your order.

Where do I get a Merchandise Order Form?
The Merchandise Order Form is in the eforms at the following link Merchandise Order Form  Once you complete the form, please fax it to 621-3533 and we will be happy to fill your order.

How do I order products from Stores?
Products can be ordered using the Merchandise Order form and faxed to Stores at 621-3533.
Registered departments can order online via Arizona BuyWays
Compressed gas orders can be ordered over the phone at 621-7975
Biological orders can be ordered on a Merchandise Order form, Arizona BuyWays, or on SOLO (contact Steven Ravicchio at ravicchs@email.arizona.edu)
I need a copy of a Merchandise Order that I sent to Stores.
